In TermUI, if a comment in any issue exceeds the vertical size of the view itself, it's impossible to read the comment in it's entirety: the view is scrolled immediately to either the beginning or the end of the comment.

If such comment is the first comment, then scrolling upwards also causes the view to misbehave.
