The top-level navbar contains [Site name], Repositories, and About.
They're horizontal on desktop and should remain so on mobile because there's so
little there. A more specific CSS selector would limit the making-vertical to
the second navbar.
But, maybe the second navbar should also be horizontal and the items should spill onto subsequent lines. This would definitely save a lot of vertical space, but might be a pain to implement.
