xso -- serde-like parsing for XML

What’s this?
------------

This crate provides the traits for parsing XML data into Rust structs, and
vice versa. You can do things like:

```rust
#[derive(FromXml, AsXml)]
#[xml(namespace = "urn:example", name = "element")]
pub struct Foo;
```
