collab: Fix spelling of "cancellation" (#15569)

English is hard.

In US English the forms of "cancel" are as follows:

- `cancel`
- `cancels`
- `canceling`
- `canceled`
- `cancellation`

Note that `cancellation` _does_ use the double `l`, which all the rest
of the forms do not.
